When EZ Flesh has cooled, you may open the mold easily, in the conventional way. It's usually a good idea to coat the mold case with vaseline, or other release, before filling. If EZ Flesh gets on it when molten it can be removed easily.

Once free of the mold, your part may have some flashing. This seam can be easily trimmed with a sharp exacto knife. any irregularities may be melted off with a seam burning tool, or clean soldering pencil. Bubbles may be filled by stuffing a chip of EZ Flesh into it, and melting it with the tip of a hot tool. Then pressing it flush to the surface with a silicone texture pad.
Imperfect surfaces, and micro-bubbles may be smoothed by rubbing with a soft cloth saturated in naptha. (Use care when working with flammable liquids, such as naptha)

Virtually any kind of paint may be used on EZ Flesh. We prefer either acrylic, or artists oils. Both will dry to a durable finish. Translucent layers of paint are recommended, rather than opaque coats. This way the natural translucency of human skin may be mantained. You may have noticed that EZ Flesh has fine red threads in it. These fibers imitate the look of tiny blood veins in skin. With proper overglazes and washes a very realistic effect may be achieved.

If you are planning to punch hair into your figure, we recommend using silicone oil, or other lubricant on your punching tool. EZ Flesh is a bit tough, so it may take a little patience to get the "feel" when punching it. If plasticizer was used in the areas to be punched, the task should be easier, due to the softer texture. Hair, and other things may be glued onto the surface of EZ Flesh using many types of adhesives. Super Glue (cyanoacrylates), rubber contact cement, and hot-melt glues work well, as do most make up adhesives.

I hope this gives you an idea of some of the ways that EZ Flesh can be used to create nearly any figure or body part.
